  • How do you ensure the safety and comfort of the pets during transportation?

    Here at Fetch Tucson, we provide size and weight appropriate kennels for your pet. These kennels are shut and secured to the transportation vehicle. 

  • Do you offer both one-time and recurring transportation services?

    Yes! We can schedule one-way, one-time as well as round-trip recurring appointments up to two weeks in advance

  • How far in advance do I need to book your service?

    14 days or two weeks in advance

  • Can I track the location of my pet during transportation?

    We currently do not offer live GPS tracking. You will receive email and/or text confirmation with a photo at each pick up and drop off. These texts will provide you with the time and location of your pet’s travel. 

  • Do you offer special accommodations for pets with medical needs or disabilities?

    We are prepared to meet any special accommodations your pet may need to insure a comfortable experience. First, we have a variety crate sizes. Second we have adjustable ramps for ease of loading. Third, we are equipped to transport medications that need to be refrigerated. Please note we cannot provide any medical services other than first aid.

  • Are your vehicles climate-controlled?

    Yes! We also offer ventilation-assistance on kennels for pets who need a little extra to be comfortable 

  • Can I accompany my pet during the transportation?

    We do not offer people transportation at this time. 

  • Do you have any restrictions on the size or breed of pets you transport?

    We can accommodate pets up to 150 lbs or 28 inches in height. We do not discriminate based on breed or temperament.

  • Can I get a refund for a cancelled trip?

Do you offer discounts for multiple pets or recurring bookings?

We are always offering discounts for our customers! Currently we are offering the following:

  • schedule four round-trip rides and the 5th is 50% off
  • 25% off for Dogtopia employees

1. **Well-maintained Vehicles**: Our vehicle is equipped with features specifically designed for pet transportation, including climate control systems to maintain a comfortable temperature, secure crates or carriers to prevent pets from escaping or injuring themselves, and non-slip surfaces to ensure stability during transit.


2. **Trained Staff**: Our team members are trained in pet handling techniques and safety protocols. They understand how to interact with different types of pets and are equipped to handle unexpected situations that may arise during transportation.


3. **Regular Inspections**: We conduct regular inspections of our vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards and are in optimal condition for transporting pets. This includes checking for any signs of wear and tear, ensuring proper ventilation, and confirming that all safety features are functioning correctly.


4. **Emergency Preparedness**: In the unlikely event of an emergency, our staff members are trained to respond quickly and appropriately to ensure the safety of pets in our care. We have emergency protocols in place, including access to veterinary care if needed.


5. **Frequent Updates and Monitoring**: Throughout the transportation process, we maintain constant communication with our drivers to track the progress of each journey and monitor the well-being of pets. Clients can also reach out to our customer service team at any time for updates on their pet's status.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We understand the importance of providing convenient payment options for our valued clients. To ensure a seamless experience, we accept various payment methods, including:


1. Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 


2. Online Payment Platforms: For added convenience, we also accept payments through popular online platforms such as Venmo, and Square. These platforms offer a secure and user-friendly way to make payments from the comfort of your home or mobile device.


3. Bank Transfers: Clients have the option to make payments via bank transfer through Zelle. 


4. Cash: For in-person transactions or upon delivery of our services, we accept cash payments. Our friendly staff members will provide you with a receipt for your records.
